Located next to a small waterfront park, this modern family house is designed to embrace its stunning bay views and outdoor living.

The house is organized by a C-shaped plan that connects the three primary spaces: the open kitchen and living room, a large dining room, and a screened porch with seating and dining areas. All these spaces feature floor to ceiling window walls offering uninterrupted vistas of the bay and the pool.

The family entertains frequently and host friends and extended family. The gracious dining room, celebrated by a large-scale warm glowing pendant and enhanced with a ceremonial sink and bar area, is intended for large family gatherings.

Recessed pinhole downlights illuminate the spaces without creating reflective glare on the window; allowing the view of the expansive waterfront from dusk and dawn.
