Success Academy, the leading NYC charter school, has expanded its headquarter office spaces to 4-level, 70,000 square feet to accommodate up to 240 employees.
The new design boasts a flexible open spaces, movable furniture, and advanced audio/video infrastructure to enhance the work environment with digital presentations and hybrid meetings.
The open office floors are anchored by a ‘network spine’ - a sequence of informal breakout areas built around structural columns. This transitional and collaborative zone includes lounges, banquette nooks, teleconference booths, and more, seamlessly connecting daylit workstations with glass-enclosed private offices. The aesthetic employs a palette of metal and glass walls, indirect lighting for a modern and sophisticated ambiance.
